It wasn't a very professional experience, many last minute cancelations and disinterested conversations. And Dr. Reynolds shouldn't advertise herself as someone trained in queer counseling because she had very little insight in my experience with her.
I have been a client at Reynolds and Rubino this year and last, and I have been very impressed with the professionalism, reliability, and welcoming environment. My therapist has been knowledgeable, consistent, and professional. My experience is personalized to my needs, and I have enjoyed a lot of growth toward my goals in a time frame that has surprised me. Please note: Though I was seeing a therapist at this office, I am leaving this review for the establishment itself and management, and not for a specific therapist. Prior to starting my first session I called the office and spoke with Ms. Christine. I asked if my insurance was in network, (as I do with any other Dr.’s office). I was advised that my insurance was “in network.” Fast-forward, everything was fine until about 4 sessions in.
