Concerning "The Roofer" Let's start by saying the beginning was great, quote was great, guys did a good job. Now the end, or communication with Ed "the owner" was the worst!! He was rude, disrespectful, and demeaning. The worst experience, I've ever received by an owner!! Little info for you....He was to be paid when escrow closed. Reynolds roofing was amazing from start to finish. They even honored a quote from 8 month prior and allowed me to save up for their very reasonably priced roof replacement. They had to replace 2 facia in the front of my home and a few plywood sheathing. They were here and gone without a trace in a day and a half. Will be recommending them to everyone I know in need of roof work.

We were very pleased with Reynolds roofing. Ed was very upfront and frank which we appreciated. We felt he was very trustworthy which is hard to find these days. We would definitely recommend him. His crew worked very hard and did a good job with cleanup. They were fast and reliable and respectful of the property. He did not tack on a bunch of extra expenses . He kept us informed of what was going on.
October 2024 - Wow!!! I got the roofing company from a contractor who builds homes. I met with Ed (warning: a very loud talker) to look over our roof. He gave me an estimate and let me change things if needed. Everything he said he would do he did. I was amazed at how fast the cleanup, roof going on and just how nice everyone is.
