It's a fun course. I think it's a little expensive for what you get. There will be bare spots here and there on the greens. A couple tee boxes look like a dessert due to being 90% sand. The staff is friendly as can be. Nice driving range. The practice putting green has bare spots around the edge. It's where they take repair patches for the course greens.
