While any realtor can show a home, you need an experienced realtor like Celeste Schott to be there when issues arrive and then work for you day and night to resolve them. If it weren't for Celeste's tenacity in making sure that the agent for the seller did his job and followed through on repair and paperwork actions that would have caused the closing to fall through, our dream retirement home in Venice, FL would still be a dream. Ms Reynolds is a very informed realm estate person, who I would recommend to any one looking to sell/purchase real property in the State of Florida. The property has not sold as of this date, however I am hopeful that with the expertise of Ms Reynolds will be very helpful

We visited Florida from Pennsylvania to look at purchasing a house. After talking with Celeste before leaving PA, she knew what we wanted and had a list of houses for us to see when we arrived in FL. She was very knowledgeable about areas we were interested in, and could answer our questions about construction, weather concerns, insurance, and walked us through the steps needed to buy a house in Florida.
