I waited for two and a half hours before I was seen today. I’ve never waited that long there before. I was almost ready to leave, when the NP finally came into the exam room.
Dont appreciate stopping in to deliver a phone to my brother who was supposed to be at Rapid care, only to find out HOURS after he hasnt shown up back home that he was sent to the ER from their location and noone felt the need to tell me that when I stopped in. Only "he's not here".
The staff was great � we got in and out in no time. They treated my son like he was their own. We will definitely be back!
The medical staff are friendly and care about their patients. They take their time with each patient. We had a great experience. I would highly recommend them.

Had our first visit the other day for my son. We switched to here from “that other place” since the kids go to the WVU pediatrics. Well this place is way better and Ryan was super nice and attentive to my son. The girls at the front was nice too! Fast and no messing around. �
