I want there to pickup a truck and had truble even getting it becase they could not get my id to scan then after all that want to take the truck back get there no one was there and then after i did find someone they come walking up behide and then after that he did not even give me a paper recpit of the chages and said they would not be a refund so i called into u-haul and they said it was lower then what they even was charging in the frist place but even getting there and not finding someone there was not even a lock box to... read more

Been with them for years and recently cleaned my unit out. Only storage company I've not experienced issues with.

The units seem nice, in good condition, but I had a problem with the staff telling me they could auto deduct my payment, but they didn’t, so then I was charged late fees. One staff member apologized and said it was their mistake as he took my manual payment and said we were back on track for auto deduct — not! They didn’t, and when I got the bill for two more late payments with more late fees, two months later, the girl said it was the bank’s fault.
