Bad experience about the mower maintenance department. The guy claimed he was the manager was basically a jerk with very arrogant attitude. Guess one reason is because I do not pay for the service fee since my product was covered by the mower company. He said it would take 3 weeks to fix the mower. Actually what needed to do is just to put the some broken pieces together, and should take about no more than half an hour. But he insisted not possible. I took my mower to this place to get fixed, but when I got it home it was more broken then when I took it in! I was charged $59.99 for an air filter and some oil, and they told me it was good to go. When I got it home it wouldn't start. When I called and asked them to make it right I was told that "this happens all the time" and that "it wasn't their fault the mower was broken". I asked for them to pick it up and take another shot at fixing it, but they wanted to charge me $70 for pickup and delivery. When I stated that it w... read more
