Very fast and friendly service. I knew what I wanted going in there and was out in about 20 minutes.
I used to love this place but now I'm done. The last two times I had them do the annual service, my mower came back damaged. The first time, they picked it up, corrected their mistake, and brought it back to me - no charge. This time, they brought it back in January, it sat in my garage until I was ready for my first mow in the spring. I turned it on, for the first time and there was a major issue with it. Price gouging at its finest $200 for 2008 mower solenoid when you can get it and the starter all in one for $85 dollars with shipping from the manufacturer and the solenoid is $25. I can understand making a buck but to pay eight times the price that's criminal.
