It really doesn't make sense to seems out a letter to a tractor owner offering to extend the warranty and then tell them you can't extend their warranty when they call you to extend it. Reynolds used to be a "Home Town" business but they just don't care about anything except "The Rules" anymore. Ya'll need to do better than this. Solicit someone's business and then tell them no, we don't want your business. You sent the letter to me, I didn't come to you.
Needed a belt for my mower and they had it right there!! People were very responsive to me!!
They were friendly and quickly unloaded the equipment from my trailer. 5 stars if there was no mud.
