First - Although I admire the upfront nature on pricing, I was asked "how much" I was intending to spend immediately and was warned that renovations are "not like HGTV". They Wouldn't come out without filling out paperwork and appears to subcontract after measurements and such. Long story short they didn't want the money and felt I was judged when I was simply asking asking for estimates/ see what I can do to assist my aging father stay in place. Thanks anyways.
What a great experience from start to finish. Pam was great to work with. She got us great options on the design. Once the design was picked, we got our schedule and it was followed almost to the exact day. I would higly recommend. Whenever our next remodel project comes along, we will most definitely be using Pam and Reynolds Design again.
