I traded in a Subaru and bought a 2026 Chevrolet Silverado. The sales team at Reynolds, especially Courtney Powell, made this a wonderful experience. I have bought a bunch of cars over the years from other dealers and this was by far the best. It was simple and straightforward with non of the typical car dealer drama. Thank you Reynolds!
As always this place is great. John and Christina deserve a huge bonus every year for the excellent service they provide. They are the sweetest and most honest folks I've met any any dealership. I only bring my 22 AT4 to Reynolds for service because the techs are cool as hell and John and Christina to help me through the process. Love the local vibes and Reynolds dealership in general.
I got a new truck in December when I took it in for service they found a oil leak I was giving a loaner car when I took the car back I was told that it smelled like a ashtray I didn't smoke in the car but I'm being told I did it is a shame that they want to charge me 500 husband dollars for something I didn't do I be carefully if you ever need a loner car they will find a reason to charge you for something they said you did they don't seem to belive they Customer plz don't get me wrong I love my new truck it had amazing sale... read more
I bought my car here, and although they no longer sell Buicks, they do service them. I travelled from Virginia Beach to go back to Orange to have a fix on my car and they were incredible! From the moment I bought my car, until today, they have always treated me with respect and courtesy! I would highly recommend this business! Absolutely 5 stars. It is unfortunate that more dealerships do not give the same care and attention to all of their customers. I would return in a minute and recommend them without hesitation.
