Especially Chris and Michelle, they both were responsive, honest, and dedicated to making the process smoot going. I appreciate how candid they were when they ran into hiccups with the repair. The person responsible for ordering all of the metal panels for my truck ordered the wrong parts. However, nobody called and informed me. It was only after me calling to check was I even notified. I picked my truck up while we waited 2 more weeks for parts. Then when I returned my truck for the repairs I was another 3 weeks.
