Do not use this contractor. He will not keep his word and will not refund your money. He changed his terms almost double and told me if I did not want to move forward with him he would refund my money "in a couple days" not only will he not refund me, but is now stating all types of terms he would have put into our contract. All things I wouldn't have been charged if I would have allowed him to complete the project. Again a project cost he changed to almost double!
