This dealership resets check engine lights to sell their cars. Make sure to take a car you're considering to a shop to check if the emissions monitors are ready and that it will pass emissions before buying. Get the Carfax too and if they don't, walk away. I understand a family owned business just wants profit but this is not a reputable way to do it and there's clearly a history of it. Updating my review for clarity, as your story and narrative keeps changing My issue was never that my offer was declined. I understand negotiation is part of buying a used vehicle, and dealers are free to accept or reject any offer. My concern was the professionalism and communication during the interaction. I asked for the out-the-door pricing, reviewed the added fees, and made an offer based on the numbers provided to me. My “your reviews” is in reference to Larry alone and not the dealership. Sorry dealership Edit to the response: 20% off of 5,000 does not equal 4,659? Do you mean 6.8 percent…?

Reyna’s Auto is amazing and very friendly! Larry helped me out getting a great deal and the car I wanted. Would go back to buy a well taken care of car anytime.
