Highly recommend Richard Reyna and his company Reyna Property Management. We did a big flagstone patio and a fenced in garden, as well as a decorative privacy trellis. Richard was easy to communicate with, and really helped us solidify our design ideas and bring it all together. His crew was great as well. He is great for sprinkler maintenance, cleanup, and snow removal as well. Thanks Richard!
I needed to have 2 bushes removed from the front of my house. Richard quoted a fair price and showed up on time. I had some extra branches that I needed to dispose of and he offered to take them and not charge me a dime. He did an excellent job removing the bushes and was very polite and easy to communicate with!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND I'll start off by saying that Richard is a very likeable guy and this review has nothing to do with him as a person. What I will say is that I wish I would have never hired him to finish a room in our basement. The entire job which he said would take 2 days actually took 6. After paying an experienced drywall guy the problem is now fixed but at a far greater cost that any of the original bids I received. I won't repeat what the real drywall guy said about Richard's job. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! F Rated. Zero Stars. I had a similar experience as the other person with the bad review, only worse. My first review was deleted, so I’ll tame this one down a bit. EXTREMELY poor communication. I had to ask him to fix the same spot 3-4 times. I said I just wanted it fixed from the beginning and let me know how it would cost. He was not able to get the project right. He actually refused to come back and look at the job. He blocked my number and will not give me back my return. Very unprofessional!!! Cla... read more
I hired them to do some landscaping. They put in some turf and 2 fences as well as a general yard clean up. The turf looks great and the fences look like they have always been there. He even went the extra mile to put up some chicken wire on the split rail so our dogs couldn’t get out. Also on top of the chicken wire he put a cap so our child would not get cut. Would recommend again and again.
