My experience with The Reyna Group was excellent. We switched to The Reyna Group after our house was sitting for 6 months with a previous firm, and Michelle was able to find a buyer within a week of listing it. It was a huge relief to us, as we were saddling two mortgages. Michelle is an absolute talent, is super professional, and a dream to work with. Lackluster founder.
Excellent experience. The Reyna Group made all resources available to me, and guided me through the buying process. My realtor accompanied me for my blue tape and final walkthrough. No request was too big or too small.
Unethical, unprofessional, and they constantly use strong arm tactics against elderly homeowners, repeatedly making false claims to the city along with intimidating other realtors and hurrassing them. Notes left on homeowners cars and doors when they already have the property listed by another agent. Trying to corner the market in specific areas by hurrassing homeowners in to selling for cheap, then flipping the listing to corporations. Good luck but I would use someone else.
My experience with Reyna was not horrible but, objectively, I do not recommend working with Reyna. Unfortunately they don’t seem to honor contracts without court order. A contract with a realty group should make you feel secure, but with Reyna you will have to sue in order to have the contract enforced. Obviously, without a contact, you’re on your own. Morality is not high with this group. Find another, more humane group to work with.
