We called Mark to look at family watches and jewelry. He was responsive, and the appraisal was an interesting, engaging, and fun process. We learned a lot, shared stories, and left with an understanding of the pieces and clear advice on next steps (what to appraise and insure, how to make the most of the pieces, which were costume jewelry, etc.). Would strongly recommend and will continue to engage Mark for additional services.
