Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? I got lost, but eventually found it

No, I left with more problems than I came with! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

Was this provider's office clean? No, I didn't feel comfortable at all Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! No es Latina! Muchos vienen pensando q es latina por el nombre pero no es como los medicos de nuestros paises. Es ordinaria y nos grito porque la secretaria nos dio cita cdo ella estaba ocupada. No hagan su revision medica por inmigracion aqui! Es horrible trata s los pacientes como porqueria y tuvimos qe vilver 6 veces para completar todo por su incompetencia!!! Vayan a otro lado!!! Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even sligh... read more

Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Is this business in a safe neighborhood? No way!! Be aware it is very unsafe and I was scared Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? No, he/she did not appear to care very much

I was lost! Michael ( the assistant) was giving me directions, but I couldn't understand him even after I asked him several times. I didn't know what to do!!! He gave us shots w/o telling us what it was!! The doctor is OK but relies too much in somebody who can't communicate well. They didn't request my medical record and they told me they were waitning for it! so frustrating!

she is less than stupid, i had to return to the office and suggest they get previous records, then when i did ask for help in obtaining medical euquipment, she just let the work set on her desk and did nothing. then i call and saying i will go to a hospital, and she does nothing, al i get is why are you in a wheelchair and she asks the the same stupid questions over and over, does not listen, does no checking. maybe i am too white for her.
