Very unprofessional. They did not show up 2 days in a row, and finally showed up on the 3rd day. The technician did not speak a word of english and kept handing me back to his boss on the cell phone to agree to their terms in broken english. They did the repairs and fixed our issue. However, they charged 4x what I was expecting. The entire process felt like being ripped off.
