I called to get the name of a specialist he referred me to and they will give me the last name but are making me drive 30 minutes to come into the office for the first name. Also sits in the hallway and talks to you so the waiting room hears everything he says. HIPA violation? I think so. Will not take FSA cards or debit cards and requests cash only.
