Matt was overly fake nice and all he cared about was insurance. When I told him it’s the Saudi Culture Mission I’m insured with even tho I was a PSU student, u should have seen how his face changed. Ok I get it, maybe he was taken off guard or maybe he just doesn’t like certain groups of ppl, I don’t actually care. What I do care about is how he said he’d check if my insurance covers (which it literally covers everything) and he never did. Never got back to me. Never followed up.
