Have my second Atlas with this Dealership, but still unhappy with the service and attitude that I receive when I try to get maintenance done.
I had a pleasant experience getting my car serviced at Reydel's Linden location. Axel, my service advisor, was helpful, kind, and welcoming. My appointment was initially for a tire replacement, but after mentioning to him my moon roof leaked, he was able to accommodate me with a loaner vehicle. Thankfully, I did not need to have the loaner vehicle for long because my car was ready two hours later. I was also emailed a video where Justin explained everything he did, which I found to be extremely helpful and reassuring.
