Hayward Bagwandeen was the most kind, helpful, interested, patient, knowledgable, and efficient salesman I have ever met. This dealership is lucky to have him as a salesman. My only complaint was having to wait for the person who had me sign the last papers. I think that they could have had someone else do this task since I waited over half an hour.
