Arriving at VW of Edison, I was nervous since it’s my first time buying a new car. The associate Gene Shilman was nothing short of amazing. He explained , reassured and spoke so kindly to me and my many questions. Broke it all down so that I could understand every bit! Process was not long at all . If patience was a word he was definitely it. I would recommend Gene!!!! All staff were great, greeted by all !
I really like this place. It's always clean, people there are friendly as well as very helpful, they listen to the customer and the prices are reasonable. It's easy to get an appointment with or without an appointment although appointments are recommended. They know what they're doing and usually offer a car was before I leave after having the car serviced there. They are one of the nicest dealerships I've ever gone to and I highly recommend them.
Third car at this dealership. The reason is the excellent staff and customer experience. Always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My salesperson, Ray, has always been low-pressure and honest. Always works diligently to get the best deal possible for the customer. I recommend Reydel to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
