Favorite provider here ... Dr Garibay is excellent and sooo supportive of my health needs . Going to miss him. I've been seeing him for years and had pleasant experiences each visit. The front desk staff are friendly and busy .. busy. Services used are pharmacy and also very nice and quick considering I walked down 1 floor and they had it ready in 15 mins Thanks. The lab vendor was just ok for service. . . But that's a separate company so not to take any stars away from this health org.
Rey Garibay is the best doctor I've ever had. He listens and fully addresses all concerns. I'm in the best health of my life. I've always had prompt appointments and MyChart communications. I hope to be with Rey for as long as possible; I have no complaints after many years with a genetic disorder that affects many systems.
My wife and I made an appointment nearly two months ago. We now get notified that our appointment is canceled and and can’t be seen now until November 10! Ridiculous! I understand a cancellation, but work us in someway! I don’t think they care about their patients!
I always say this, be open and honest with your doctor and you'll never be dissatisfied with the results.
