My name is Toi and I just want to say that I am sincerely impressed with the customer service I witnessed on 04/24/2025. When I went there on this day there was only myself and one other person in the business, within minutes it became very busy very quick. What started out with 2 customers turned into about 10 and there was only one person at the counter. All of a sudden employees started appearing from everywhere to assist people. Great service. The guys there were super clear and honest. I thought I needed a new battery but only needed terminals cleaned up and they didn't even charge me. The prices for the batteries were very reasonable regardless so definitely earned them a future customer!
