We needed a day rental for a quick move and these folks were very friendly and helpful. Above all, though, these folks were honest (not something that can be said for every uhaul location - we've had some terrible experiences at other places before). We had to return our truck after hours and they quickly processed the fees the next morning, accurately, so I wasn't waiting around for the money to leave my bank and I wasn't hit with any sort of surprise fees. Absolutely the worst place to go terrible customer service. I came in at the end of the month was charged A prorated fee of the couple days left in that month and charged 90 for the next but there was a 45 special so I brought it up to her attention so she gave me a second receipt and signed and highlighted I paid in advance. Now you have till nov 5th to pay. So that means I paid Aug prorated and 98 for storage and insurance as I said special was 45 for Sept to dec.
