AVOID AVOID AVOID. This company is horrible, and my many poor experiences with JOSH. I've been a tenant for 1.5 years and this company is so slow when it comes to issues and resolving them 3+ months on a failing fridge to which I was going to lose $100s if not $1000 in food, it took me threatening to withhold rent before they did any action. John and Rexson Realty were absolutely an incredible hire. John worked his tail off and found me an off-market deal that became my family's dream home. John is a rare combination of hard work, talent, and smarts. I highly recommend Rexson to anybody looking for a realtor.
Would not recommend doing business with Rexson. The agent I worked with was named Mladen who also happened to be the landlord of the property in question. Very unprofessional, unreliable, and disorganized. Was approved and ready to sign a lease and submit the deposit for a property on Margate Terrace. I emailed him with a small (3 item) list of things to fix in the unit and his verbatim response was "I will probably fix them eventually but its not something that is on my priority list" demonstrating a frustrating level of ap... read more
