Paid for eleven yards of barkmulch to be delivered, recieved just under nine yards. Called to see if they were coming back with more and was told this was it. They were not willing to make it right. I know full well how to calculate sq.yd. volume and I've been shorted more than 2 full yards. Not happy. Now I have to buy more from someone else. T. in Cottage Grove.
I am so upset at Rexius right now. I had bark delivered Memorial Day weekend and gave them a check. I got a bill saying it wasn't paid. Checked my bank and the check went through- money taken out. I have called for almost a month and they have put it into another customer account. Every time I call" yes it's right here on the desk we are fixing the mistake". Not fixed yet!! After four calls and a month! I am beside myself as to what to do about this.
Love the soil and composts been using it for 3years outa the bags
