Josh Turner came for quote, not Rex Hall, so I assumed there was more than one painter. Ends up, Josh is the owner and a one-man show, sometimes having help from his son and an older gentleman. If Josh can't come, nobody comes. I told him well in advance that I needed common areas painted during Christmas break (12/23-1/3) when I wouldn't have my grandchildren. 1.
