I have been renting from Rexford for over 3 years and they are the WORST! Besides the fact that things never get fixed, (took them 3 years to dix a leak in our roof and they NEVER replaced the damaged items) they are a terrible company all around. With COVID-19 our business was forced to close due. Instead of doing the right thing they are trying to bully us with scare tactics. They email me a silly default eviction threat during this time! Hi- I have left 3 messages for Rexford to get back to me this last week. I have not heard back. I need to discuss the hardship we're facing and ask for a bit of rent relief at least while we continue to go through this pandemic as a Country. Our sales have suffered. I will post the outcome. Feeling discouraged.
