Neil asked to be paid and review submitted before the job was finished. He promised to return to clean up spots and return the furniture to its position. He did not show as promised, leaving furniture and carpets spread throughout the house. We are seniors and this presents a problem for us. We feel disappointed with the customer service.

Rexford Floor Solutions just completed refinishing my hardwood and stone floors, my marble and granite countertops, and also my slate patio. They were fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. It was a big job, and they breezed through it. My floors, countertops, and patio look fantastic. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.
