don't move here. This place isn't well-maintained, and the rent is high. It seems like they prioritize profits over property upkeep.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! Not only do they not get the snow plowed in a timely manner, the company that plowe's does such a terrible job that you can't even get out of your parking spot. So getting to work or grocery store or anything is not possible. There is cockroaches. The building is always dirty. The Superintendent does not know how to get things done properly. The company that owns the building are slum lords.
Just disappointed :( ❌ Rents keeps going up every year ❌Frequent Water Shutdown ❌Cockroaches and Ants. ❌No cleanliness outside of the Condo. ❌Common areas and elevators not clean. Plus it has bad odor.
The units are newly renovated and the neighbourhood is good but there are frequent water shutoffs. One of the two lifts is not working since last 4 months and the building management is not doing anything about it.
