Here I am again. Our furnace was installed incorrectly and we had a gas leak. There were 3 leaks in 3 different places from not being tightened enough, which included a flex connector. I did not choose to go with this business, my landlord did and I hope he never goes back. To add to my first review, I would of given up trying to call them the first time when learning they don't have voicemail or any reliable way to contact them except for first thing in the morning.
I called 6 times to tell them my heater is not working and when I finally get in contact with them they don't call me back like they said they would. Answer your phones!! They don't even have voicemail!
Very professional and timely service. I called Friday to get some help with our propane fireplace. They come by today, Tuesday, and got us up and going.
