Went to her with my first pregnancy 6 years ago. Chan and her nurses didn’t take anything seriously. I went into preterm labor as a consequence. The day I found out I was dilating prematurely at 23 weeks, Dr.Chan wanted to just send me home and acted so nonchalant.
Rexanna Chan has great bedside manner, but the nurses that work for her or the system they have is not it. I know some women are pregnant and need great assistance, but I feel us non-pregnant patients are as just important. I didn’t feel I was taking seriously, it takes so long and such a great hassle to get back to the nurse or anybody. You leave a voicemail and she says she’ll call you back but never does. Dr. Chan made me feel so comfortable from the moment she walked in. I appreciated that she talked with me and genuinely listened, helped me with getting a plan of action together and the entire process of my appointment went so smoothly. I really can’t say enough of how happy I am to have found Dr. Chan.
