I have been a member at the Rex Wellness Center in Garner since they opened and have benefited greatly by utilizing the many services the facilities offers. They offer programs to encourage members to try different classes and equipment as well as promotional events. The member's appreciation days usually offer ways to win points that can be redeemed for additional programs that are cost basis for specific needs. Love love love the offerings from Rex Wellness. The staff are sooo helpful and friendly, and the facility is very well maintained.
Classes are great. I love Zumba on Monday, Cardio Dance on Tuesday, Core and Sports Conditioning on Thursday, Trekking and Kick-Butts and Gutts on Saturday.
I was there today the first time in weeks. Just walking in the front door gave me energy that I have not had in months. My road to recovery starts on the 17th. I know they will get me fixed up and going again :). Looking forward to seeing some of the best athletes in the world. " No Pretenders Never Surrender" I still got it the black towel Mr. JENKINS. .
