This place has saved my physical mobility for the last 3 1/2 years. I don't know what I would have done without this pool. People are great, it's clean, it's friendly, and most importantly, it's very motivational.
Great facility. Clean, well maintained, attentive and friendly staff -- both volunteer and paid -- nice pools and locker rooms. Plus there are medical facilities on site, in the same building.
1st item: Every single weekend the pool at Rex Cary is freezing! It was painful to swim laps today and I had to cut my workout short. Please get this straightened out 81 degrees is way too cold! 83 or 84 are best temp for pool. 2nd item is: please move the H2O Fit class back a hour to 10 AM. Putting it at 11 means it interferes with any lunch plans w family or friends. Always have to either miss class or miss out on lunch. Every other day it's at 10 AM and everyone who attends agrees we wish it would be the same on Saturdays... read more
Excellent staff and care! Odd to say "I loved it", but if you need urgent care, you love getting the care you need. Saw effective triage in action as some arriving after me getting treated first, which were the right decisions. I also got prioritized ahead of people who were there when I arrived. Such decisions are tough for healthcare professionals.
