I have placed 5 calls to schedule surgery with for Kim. No one calls you back. Did the ultrasound and all ready. Trying since April.
It is not my habit to write my impressions about a places I visited before, but when it comes to your health, nothing else matters to me more than that. I have had very bad experiences with this clinic, from the staff to the incompetent doctors, to the point where I felt that all they care about is getting money from insurance companies. Staff is polite and courteous. The physician 👩⚕️ spent quality time and helped review and navigate my concerns. Highly recommend this group. 😌 Very pleased.
Office rep hang up on me. It seems like it’s very common in this state to be rude and don’t care about their customers.
