Staff is polite and courteous. The physician 👩⚕️ spent quality time and helped review and navigate my concerns. Highly recommend this group. 😌 Very pleased.
Office rep hang up on me. It seems like it’s very common in this state to be rude and don’t care about their customers.
My wife had some follow up interventional vein procedure. She had originally had this work done about 15 years ago. Upon the procedure today the doctor commented how it looks like this is going to be more difficult than I thought because there is scarring from a previous procedure. It was very apparent that the medical record which contain my wife’s previous history, was not even taken into consideration.
