You really don't want to know my experience bought a RV couple years ago and it was trouble before we got it off the lot and nothing but trouble. Do Not Buy an ACE Thor.

We are not the manufacturer. Looked up you service records and last we heard from you was July of 2013. We paid another dealer closes to you $382.00 to fix your furnace when you had no warranty a year after your purchase as good will. Should your 1 star rating go to our store 5 years after the sale of a used one?

So dissatisfied! Drove the whole way from Jacksonville NC to see three Motor Homes. I should have just stop at Wilmington and seen so much more. I felt deceived and sorry for my wife to endure the hour trip. Could have seen more visiting their web site. Felt drawn in to a car dealership!

Soo glad that after a lot of research, this is the RV lot I chose to visit that day. Everyone there has been so helpful, knowledgable and nice. Just a pleasure to deal with before, during, and especially after the decision. I agree with Trey that this is the place to get informed, purchase with confidence and leave with peace of mind, and they are a phone call away when you have questions later. (smile)
