I had good experiences earlier with the company. However new so called Director of Financial , Rebecca Zahlan , has brought down the reputation. She is absolutely a nonsense to deal with. She is asking me pay for the work which was not even done by them and threatening to take me to court. Be careful in dealing with this person and deal with this company at your own risk not to get false charges at the end of the repair.

I highly recommend Rex roofing. They installed a new roof on my grandmas house. Alan helped us through the whole insurance claims process. When it was time to install roof they didn’t leave any trash. They kept me informed of the progress and sent me pictures of entire job progress once it was done.

We were very excited about hiring Rex Roofing to put a new metal roof on our home. They gave us a full and complete estimate and we had chosen them to do the job. My husband made 2 different appointments to review the estimate and sign the contract. Both times, the gentleman did not show up and did not contact my husband. Very disappointing! We are now accepting estimates from other companies. Poor way to do business!!
