Rude staff! Shaquina at front desk was rude, insulting, and impatient. Better options available.
I do not recommend this practice! Other than the initial testing, the care was awful and the practice seems to be mis-managed. I switched to Duke Pulmonary and the care has been exemplary! It’s worth the hassle of going there.
I had an appointment on July 8 for a pulmonary function test. At the last minute 5hey left a text rescheduling it for a date in August that I can't do. I have left 3 voice-mail and one message on the portal, no one has called back. I won't be returning there.
I have had the WORST experience with this practice. Not only have I called 25+ times since April, regarding a $900 Bill received from an appointment guaranteed not to have any hospital fees, the Practice Manager, Michelle Carol, has not called back. I have called multiple times, left multiple voicemails. The office staff refuses to speak with me. Most of the time, they do not even answer the phone.
