I am writing to express my concerns regarding my insurance and compensation following a car accident I experienced a few years ago AND recently. Despite having filed a claim, I was never properly compensated for the damages and expenses incurred medically. Currently, WE ALL have been asked to pay $200 for insurance. I am so glad that I talked to Shea about changing my car insurance. My previous insurance didn’t look out for my best interests. Thankfully I changed my insurance and had Shea assist me because 2 months later my husband and child were in a terrible car accident that totaled my car. If I was with the old insurance I would not have been protected. I am so thankful this knowledgeable agent and all or her help.
