I will never understand, nor will I agree with, all these negative comments. I was dealing with an emergency, ER visit that sent me to Rex Pulmonary. They were booked out about a week and a half but called me back with a cancellation two days later. I was fortunate enough to see Dr Ahuja. I have never, and I’m surrounded by wonderful doctors, had a doctor so proactive that stayed on top of this problem since the day I met him. Scummy practice. This place is a regular doctors office/clinic. However they give you a form saying they are a "hospital" and will bill you differently. Your insurance will not cover most of it because of this and you will be left with the bill. Take my advice and go somewhere else.
Poorly run office, doctors hit and miss.
I have seen Dr. Hall several times and Dr. Perez and both have taken a considerable amount of time with me and so far I could not be happier with both of them. I would agree that the front office staff could be a little more helpful and tactful but it’s hard to fill those positions with caring individuals. I currently have a health issue and spoke with the staff yesterday and I am currently waiting for them to respond back to me. They told me it could be a couple of days so didn’t happen today but hopefully tomorrow.
Rude staff! Shaquina at front desk was rude, insulting, and impatient. Better options available.
