UNC scheduling is abysmal throughout their entire system. My doctor put in orders ten days ago and no one has called to schedule my appointment yet. I have made FOUR phone calls to this facility since my follow up with Dr Copeland but no one can put me directly through to scheduling or whoever makes their appointments. I assume it’s off site. I’ve also sent three messages via my chart as well. All with zero luck. My nurses always return any messages or questions I have and even though they say that they will call scheduling ... read more
