It shows $119 for a service fee, when I called he quoted me $149. I booked a service for them to come clean the coils in my portable air conditioning unit anyway. I then got an email welcoming me to a yearly membership. Nothing about a membership was stated on the call. I certainly didn’t say I would pay $149 a year indefinitely. The technician was knowledgeable, on time and communicated several times throughout the repair. He walked me through additional options to consider. They are an honest, reputable and a trustworthy company to work with.
We had a heating zone that wouldn’t shut off. The technician arrived on time, explained the problem and made the repair quickly and efficiently. He took the time to explain what needed to be repaired and why, in a way that was easily understood by the average person. He was very pleasant.
Steve was easy to work with. He explained the benefits of the system being installed and how it would work. He was a professional at all times and answered my questions so I could understand. I am a widow and I have been taken advantage of my companies because I did not have the knowledge I needed to really understand what I the job was and would do. He put me at ease and made sure I understood the equipment and installation service.
