Rex was assigned as the mediator in my divorce and I had no knowledge of his work beforehand. I was impressed with his effective - stern, terse, neutral, and also kind - communication style. I was pleasantly surprised with how much was covered in only 2 hours. The mediation was hosted via Zoom in separate virtual rooms for the parties. This was my first virtual mediation experience and it was positive. I'm unsure why there are some low reviews here. Thumbs up from me.

My parents went to this law firm seeking mediation. The firm wrote up some sloppy document, asked for $300 and did nothing thereafter. My mom sent emails asking for clarification got no response; she called and talk to the secretary, who said Rex would be in touch. Nothing. I called recently to explain my dad was on Hospice and we need to finalize the documents, the secretary slightly chuckled and said Rex would be in touch, I gave her my number if there were any issues. Called about an eviction. at 1st the person on the phone asked about late rent, tenants, etc. My case is more complicated. Once i explained that it was against my mother and was complicated, the staff stated they were to busy. The referral they provided also didnt do evictions. If the staff would have said they arent taking new clients from the beginning then ok, but I would be leery of a lawyer whose secretary decides if a case is to complicated and time consuming without hearing the case.

Harris and associates have always been fair, equitable, and great at communicating in times where most communication is broken or strained at best between parties. Overall, the professionalism is greatly appreciated, especially in dealing with hostile or irreparable differences between parties. Most situations needing this type of help are highly emotional, yet, when a solution is reached, it is final closure or peace mind that comes with it. Thanks for you help in this tough time.

Rex is a very down to earth person. Communication was great between me and him and way better than my family😁 Sometimes it took longer than usual to get things done but he's a busy guy but it did get done. All in all I would recommend him. I think in my situation it's my family that's slowing down the process not rex, he gets things done regardless of my family and I thank him for that. Sorry for being so pushy but thats how I am I like to know every detail.
