Horrible experience today, presented with symptoms of joint aches and pain, nausea off and on, fatigue and a little winded feeling at times. Vitals signs were stable, 02 sats 100%, etc. The PA was not thorough at all, he didnt do a thing! Listened to my chest/lungs and said since I was on Tamoxifen, it could be a blood clot and to go to the ER. He could have worked me up, CBC, chest Xray, EKG if needed etc to rule out other causes before telling me to go to the ED and it didn't warrant an ambulance he said, I could drive... read more
