Go elsewhere if you need care. They didn't even exam me or look at the issue I came there for. Worst NP visit I've ever had.
PA Nichola Williams was very dismissive and rude. I wasted over 2 hours of my time (most of which was spent waiting despite having an appointment) and money only to be told she doesn’t know what’s wrong and they don’t have the appropriate tests to figure it out. I would never recommend this urgent care, there are far better ones in the area that actually take your concerns seriously and work to find a resolution to help their patients feel better.
Lying about you hours of operation presents a same to sick people looking for care.
Doesn’t actually open at 8, it opens whenever the doctor decides to waltz in (which is an hour late, at 9)
