I have had two amazing experiences at this urgent care. The staff was amazing, attentive, professional, and stellar. My latest was for a dog attack where they were able to glue back my leg and stitch up my arm rapidly. Best to make an appointment online if possible, and it is a wonderful experience.
I had to visit again 9/9/25 I think but as always alewsome care they are the best. Very close to Unc hospital too. Rex urgent care always the best , when I have trouble with my ford I go to the Ford dealer. When I feel bad I go to Rex Urgent Care.
We were in and out in under an hour, the care plan and medications were explained to me clearly, as well as next steps if the plan wasn’t working. The PA and nurses were all great.
The VERY BEST urgent care location. They are CONSISTENTLY excellent. Nurses (especially Ginger), PAs, doctors, and office staff are knowledgeable, kind, and communicate so well with me and answer all my questions — I feel very comfortable there. I come here when my doctor’s office is not available for a near-term appointment, and the UNC network is so great, keeping my records updated so my regular doctor always knows what happened so they can follow up if necessary.
