We were in and out in under an hour, the care plan and medications were explained to me clearly, as well as next steps if the plan wasn’t working. The PA and nurses were all great.
The VERY BEST urgent care location. They are CONSISTENTLY excellent. Nurses (especially Ginger), PAs, doctors, and office staff are knowledgeable, kind, and communicate so well with me and answer all my questions — I feel very comfortable there. I come here when my doctor’s office is not available for a near-term appointment, and the UNC network is so great, keeping my records updated so my regular doctor always knows what happened so they can follow up if necessary. The BEST staff. From the front desk, sweet and kind Nurses and the PA was spectacular. Feeling very sick today and they were able to give me peace of mind. Thank you all for being great healthcare providers. I appreciate the important work you do!!
They are very slow for an urgent care.
