Though the office is nice and convenient, I won't be returning again based off of care received from Andrew Martin, DO. My son had a minor laceration to his forehead that needed glue/sutures and this physician basically refused to do them and insisted I go to an ER to consult a plastics doctor. Perhaps he was uncomfortable performing the necessary treatment since he is not an MD, but everyone in the ER laughed at me and would not even contact their on call plastics doctor for such a minor wound. It used to be good when you were seen by a Dr. When I went yesterday, I was seen by an FNP Garland. She diagnosed me with an upper respiratory viral infection and prescribed Flonase which is an over the counter histamine blocker that is worthless unless you have allergies no matter what they say about it, which I don't. Big surprise, it had no effect. I came because I needed something I couldn't prescribe myself. Everything but the FNP was great. Went in today; the male doctor was absolutely rude and kept interrupting. I asked for an antibiotic because my symptoms are consistent with a bacterial sinus infection. I went to unc Rex hospital 2 times prior to this and was told it was a virus but nothing ever came back positive. It has been over a month with no relief. Went to another hospital and they agreed trying an antibiotic wasn’t the worst especially since I’ve been sick for a month and none of my symptoms are consistent with it being long COVID. I am appalled! My daughter brought her sick 5-year old in. They close at 8:00. She was at the sign-in kiosk trying to sign in when a representative came over and put a sign over the kiosk and said she was too late to sign in and that sign in’s closed at 7:30. It was 7:31. My daughter asked to please accept her child. She was refused! This is supposed to be a caring health care facility! That’s ridiculous! How can you claim to be a caring healthcare facility and refuse a sick child over a one minute discrepancy?? I will never... read more

I was bleeding heavily and needed treatment asap on a Saturday afternoon and they were fantastic!!! I considered the ER next door but pulled into the urgent care bc it didn't appear very busy. After a very short check-in and wait time I was tended to and fixed up. The nurse and Nurse Practioner were both very efficient, courteous and professional. My only issue was the app was showing a long wait and trying to direct me to a less crowded facility far away. The info on the app was not correct and I realize the facilities have... read more
