I’ve been living in Holly Springs since 2016 and when the hospital and urgent care opened in here, I’ve been a consistent patient at this location. Up until this review I was very pleased with our visits however, this past Thursday, there was a distinct change that I needed to bring to their attention. The nurse practitioner was rude and under the guise of efficiency, the meeting felt unnecessarily rushed. Super quick, friendly, and thorough.
Never again..got here around 10am...it's 5:15pm with no results from any test.
Most uncaring Dr. experience I’ve ever had in my life. Will never go to this location again. No answers and no concern.
Don’t show up at 7:40 when they close at 8… they’ll refuse you. Learn how to do the right thing and take patients when they’re uncomfortable. It takes 5 minutes to see someone and write a rx. Shame on you
