Dr. Hopkins was great. She spent quite a lot of time with me, and I felt like I was truly being heard. All of the office staff were friendly and conscientious. Zero complaints from me.
Dr. Spiritos is an example of a caring professional. He listens very well and truly cares about your health. Great experience with him.
It depends on the doctor. Dr O'Laughlin and Dr McKay are great. The PA Dr Hopkins does not listen. She is argumentative. My opinions don't matter. I can't get an apt with the two doctors, I have to see the PA.
I'm an existing patient and I tried calling for an appointment and no one answered. I left a voicemail as well with no return call.
