This office has shown complete disregard for their patients time and health. I have scheduled appointments 5-7 months in advance and have had my appointments canceled the morning of or two weeks out requiring me to reschedule the appointment a month or more in the future. They can't keep the appointments they schedule but expect you to, charging a fee if you fail to give 24 hours notice. I would strongly recommend seeking a different specialist that values patients time.
I've been a patient at this facility for over 10 years and have never experienced a no return call or UNC message returned and no answer on phone calls
Please do something about your horrible phone service. I have tried several times to schedule an appointment. Each time, I have to stay on hold for more than 10 minutes. No one ever picks up the phone to answer.
Receptionist Lorraine was kind and welcoming, quick and efficient. Dr. Parekh is great, very interpersonal. He listens to your concerns and has a way of making some uncomfortable topics, comfortable and funny
Dr. Hopkins was great. She spent quite a lot of time with me, and I felt like I was truly being heard. All of the office staff were friendly and conscientious. Zero complaints from me.
