Im not sure you would want to do business with him, if he treats clients like he treats neighbors. Ive never officially Met John bell. But he owns the houses on both sides of mine home. From day one he refused to speak to us for any reason. He is as mean as 1 individual can be. He has made my husband's and I existence here in our new home for the last 4 years almost unbearable. I can't believe how horrible people can be for no known reason. I would advise to be cautious in dealings with him.
